Viasat Wild Blue They misrepresent the speeds of there service. The agreement is not clear. If you cancel they charge you for 2 years. Englewood, Colorado

I ordered Viasat because Directv recommended them. The speeds claimed wer outstanding and the pricing seemed reasonable based on the usage AT&T claimed I had been using. Directv installed the dish and off we went. The problems started as soon as we started connecting to our computers. Downloading was had pauses and disconnects. The speed was irratic.

We also went over our standard monthly usage in the first week. Something is seriously wrong with there measuring. On top of this poor performance of the total system, if you cancel the service, they claim a 2 year agreement and charged me $350.00 to disconnect. I was never told we were locked into a 2 year agreement.
