EXEDE Viasat Sold me a supposedly high speed internet but it does not work well with On Demand services through DirecTV. Apple Valley California

I have their high speed internet however I can't even watch a movie On Demand. It's too slow. I called and complained. I even spoke to someone in upper management and he told me he gets a lot of complaints from customers who can't use their On Demand services through DirecTV.  He told me their service does not work well with On Demand. He didnt give me any solution to the problem either. He just confirmed that I am locked into a 2 year contract that if I break I will have to pay $15 for every month still left under the contract. So I'm just f**ked.
