I signed up with Walmart Family Mobile because the price couldn't be beat. Immediately I noticed

I could never get a signal to use the data and more often than not, I couldn't make or receive calls.

I found out that they only use a 2g network. (even though they will tell you it 3G or 4G. When I call customer

service, they give my the same B.S. over and over again and I am told they have no controll over anything and

that I would have to email Family Mobile for answers and/or credit...guess what? They take months to respond

and of course they don't have to answer to anything because you can't actually talk to them. This is the worst

customer service I have ever had to deal with. When I cancelled my service, all of the sudden I have a huge bill

that I can't get taken care of because they are no agents to talk to. Beware of their plow to get you to sign up

with cheap rates. You get what you pay for with Walmart.

 Finally someone gets it!! Sorry but I have ben saying for YEARS that prepaid services or NON CONTRACT services pretty much SUCK no matter WHO you go through!!! You DO realize that they do this on purpose right?? They want you unhappy with prepaid so YOU go with a contract carrier. Contract carriers give you BETTER service and BETTER customer service. people THINK they are saving money, and they are, but there is a COST to cheap!! You give up little things like customer service reps, because in order to offer YOU the consumer such super cheap prices, SOMETHING has to give.
