I signed up for the Wavee online auction and they over-charged my credit card for the subscription without my authorization. roughly $175. I called them and they said they were going to re-credit 1/2 of this amount if I would stay with them and not cancel the charges with my bank. The operator for Wavee confirmed that they re-credit my account $87.50 which they never did. On top of it I had $300 dolllars worth of bidding that now I see is expired cause they went out of business. Anyways of getting any of this back? is there a class action suit going on with these online corporate thieves?
