Wavee.com Charge my credit card $75.00. Won a bid but haven't received the item after two months waiting for it. RIPOFF Internet

I entered the Wavee website and purchased a few credits to participate in their on-line bidding process.
I immediately found they charged my credit card $75 for 75 bid credits.  I didn't authorize a $75 charge to my card - they just did it.  Credits are not refundable.  After two months of not receiving any satisfaction
I decided to use my credits in bidding for a travel alarm.  I bid many times and it cost me about $65, but at least I was going to get something for my money.  I won the travel alarm bid, which they acknowledged.
It has been approximately two months since I won the auction and I have not received the item yet.  They say it is delayed????  I recommend you stay far away from Wavee.  They don't have a number to call and are VERY hard to reach.  STILL WAITING FOR MY PRIZE, but not holding my breath.  They are a RIPOFF in my estimation.
