wavee.com Unauthorized charge to my credit card, Internet

I was on a black-friday site looking to do some internet browsing and an ad for wavee.com come up and I entered into it. There was what looked like a news report which legitimized the site in my view. It instructed me to sign up and enter my credit card to verify my account was valid so I could start bidding with 5 free credits for signing up. It did not give me the free credits, but rather charged to my credit card $75 and gave me 120 credits which I neither wanted nor authorized. I called my bank to stop this and I couldnt stop a pending transaction. I then had to cancel my credit card because they said that there was nothing I could do to stop that company from charging more to my card.
