Dear Consumers and those that have a loan with them,

Please be careful!!!

I would strongly urge you not to do business with these people. Not only are they rude, unhelpful, but they really play phone games with you. I unfortunately had to deal with them to make a payment arrangement after a very serious auto-accident at no-fault of my own. I was injured, hurting badly, and in a lot of pain. I called their phone number and was trying to find out what the pay out was. It was like pulling teeth. I spoke with the head guys their Dave,and Richard they both equally spoke to me very nasty. I finally gave up and hung up the phone after the verbal abuse. I am the customer I had told them and I needed some assistance with what the payout numbers would be. Well I am reasearching out various Credit Unions to refinance this auto loan. I can't wait to sever the financial ties with these jerks! I have spread the word to others about how these guys run this business. Becareful who you establish a auto loan with - I could be " the devil". Note* If you are late on a payment they will call you every 30mins- 1hr to make arrangement, using shame, humiliation, manipulation tactics, yell over you until they get their way. *Please know what comes around goes around and they will get theirs!*
