Zazzle Complete Ripoff SCAM Menlo Park CA Poor customers service, complete ripoff and they outright LIE Menlo Park California

This company is a complete ripoff and offers the poorest customer service I have ever seen. They lure you to their site and get you to place an order and then the lies start.

Once they have your order and money they CLAIM they are processing your order but they never do. They held my order for a week telling me on their site under the status that it was in PROCESSING, then I get an email saying they are not going to process my order because they were using an image on my order that violated trade mark laws. They are advertising this image on their site and selling products like shirts in which they offer to print the image on the shirt for you AND then they tell you they are knowingly violating trade marks! Wow! They actually openingly admit they are an unlawful company and are violating known laws.

When they are confronted with the question, "Why did you knowingly sell me an item that violates trade mark laws and why do you openingly advertise this item on your site?" you get nothing but snide rude answers and a "we do not care" attitude. I told them I had ordered this as a present for my son and since they held me up for a week before even telling me that they decided not to fill the order to avoid getting in more trouble for selling these illegal items and their own response was "too bad, have a nice day"...

AVOID THIS RIPOFF SCAM OPERATION at all cost. Even if they fill your order it very well may be an illegal copy with a trade mark violation since the reputable companies that own the trade marks do not seem to want to work with this poorly managed and run company.

If you check zazzle on this site or any of the scam reporting sites you will see that they have many many complaints against them and all the complaints have the same types of issues; poor customer service, lack of customer serive, rude employees if you ever get an answer, and unfilled orders with no notice after they take your order and money.

AVOID THIS ONE unless you like being disappointed and ripped off.
