bill.com requested my data (14 business day promise) and paid $50 for that service; did not receive it timely, and complained about being charge subscription fees while waiting; they told me I could cancel and still get my data. I canceled, and they will only deliver my data to an account that I can no longer log into. Palo Alto CA

Chris - I was told I could cancel the account and that I’d still get my data download. 

However I am no longer able to log in to retrieve the data. Help !
