Chase Bank is closing branches everywhere because they're incompetent. They are promoting the homosexual pedophilia agenda and they're forcing their workers to accept homosexuality or they will be terminated.
memeanwhile they have people playing with people's accounts taking money out of it and switching PIN numbers so you can't write a check or retrieve money from your account without your permission. Chase Bank is incompetent and if I was you I would switch your account before they destroy your financials and name.

The only branches that are closing around me were temporarily closing due to the pandemic. In fact a few new branches have also just opened up. The link you provided was from 2014. Can you please provide us a link to a REAL case where Chase terminated someone because they didn't believe in Homosexuality?
The last time I checked you don't need a PIN number to write a check or use your Debit Card as a Credit Card. Seems like you are leaving out several bits of information.
I wonder if you spent as much time managing your account as you apparently did to try and find some 6 year old article if you would be in the situation you are in.

So what is the REAL reason you are complaining about this bank??? Because your report failed to mention that.
