I ordered RAM memory. It was backed order. When they shipped the product they updated the address to a USPS address that did not have my unit number. The post office returned the product back to them as seen on USPS site. They claim they never got it at thei specific address for returns and refused to give me a refund as not returned to their return address which is not what is on the return label on the package.
