Dear Expedia
On April 2025 there no terms and conditions when i cancelled, and needed a refund. Your statement on the hotel booked indicated a significant discrepancy between appearance of the hotel and its actual condition, you suggested the hotel looked better than it actually was, possibly due to being poor mainted & outdated- check trusted pilot reviews. The use of "nothing what it looked like implies a strong contrast between the impression and reality you know this. Run down you know this further emphasizes the hotel poor state and lack of upkeep- trusted pilot reported all reviews 100% accurate- more than just black mole health issues etc. Please refund!
Unfortunately, i have a right for a refund and the with hotel defects. Level up
To resolve the problem, I would like a full refund for the record.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait until a day before I contact a consumer protection agency or file a suit.

NOTHING HAS CHANGED IN MAKING RESERVATIONS! You call the hotel YOURSELF and like always, you make them. You, me, nor anyone else needs ANY of these third party, trashy places. They will come up with any excuse, lie or fraud to KEEP YOUR MONEY! None of the third parties have any value and no, they don't have any special relationship with the hotel. They tell you that to CON you into using them so they an keep any refund. Sometimes they will deliberately make the wrong reservation in hopes you will cancel and they KEEP the money which was refunded to them. Got it? REMEMBER--Never, ever use ANY of these third parties AGAIN! Make reservations DIRECTLY by yourself. If anything goes wrong, then it's a matter between you and the hotel without third party slime balls TAKING YOUR MONEY.
