illinois tollway no notice of passed tolls but 2 months later a bill of $20 plus the $1.50 TOLL U MISSED

I am sure those that still live in chicago know to watch out for their toll system and can react in that crazy 7 day grace time but out of towners are not aware of chicago tactics. In most cases they are not aware of their mistake of going past a toll but 2 months or longer chicago lets u know with a fine of $20 on top of your $1.50 toll.

The human factor is not part of the chicago system. If it was a notice would be delivered to let another human being know a mistake was made and u must pay this toll within alloted time or be fined. The chicago system is easy to figure out with the many,many complaints. They make it look like they care with a crazy 7 day grace, the trouble with that is most out of towners have no idea of any violation.

Chicago do not act like u really care about other people other than what u can squeeze out of their pockets. Join the human race send a notice of a toll charge pending a fine. Give the human race a chance.................
