JustFashionNow they sent the wrong size item and will not send me the return address so I can get a refund. They state NOT to send item back to the address on the package the item was delivered in. jAMAICA NY

They sent the item way too large for me, and promised they would send a refund label so the item could be shipped back with instruction NOT to return the item to the address on the package the item arrived in, But now I keep getting these email offerings of a small percentage of what I paid.
They still have not sent me the return label, with some excuse of it will cost too much to return and offer a small percentage of the a new offerto buy. Why would I buy a new item when they aren't giving me a refund of the first item and theystill have not send me the return address so I can get a refund.
They state NOT to send item back to the address on the package that theitem was delivered in. This a a tactic used just to extend the time limit of a 30day garanteed refund.

JustFashionNow just refunded my money. The advertise themselves as a usa company but they are out of China. Their sizes are way off, I ordered a large what they sent was a 3XL.
They never did give me a return address though I would not order from them if I were you but they did refund my money when I told them I would send a letter to the BBB.
