Justfashionnow I has spend $118 on my ordered to this company and never did receive anything. City of Industry California

On May 19/2018 I has made an ordered with Justfashionnow for $118 and never did receive any email from them to let me know when the items will be shipped. I waited for about 6 weeks and tried to contacted them, but was unable to because their Request Form did not work. It has a slot said to put in the order number and I pick “select” button, but it I cou not get anywhere beyond that. It would not allow me to put the order in manuall. so I tried to contacted them through their main customer support address, but it was automaticply send back to let me know that I has to send my inquiry to the other email which I has tried and didn’t work. I has to get payp involved. After PayPal contacted them, they finally answered me said that the items will be shipped out, but it has been over a month and nothing came. I was so busy and forgot to follow up with PayPal in time. I missed the deadline one day and the case was closed. Once it closed, I was not allow to reop it again! So now I left with with no items and no Refund.
