Wish I had read online complaints before ordering from Lightinthebox! Plus it is very difficult to locate customer service. One available link caused a pop-up danger warning from virus installation.
So extremely disappointed in solar Christmas lighted tree purchased as a gift from Lightinthe box! First, the order was purchased Nov. 12 and it was just delivered today, 26 days later! (Earlier shipping information stated 7 -10 days at most. ) Recipient opened gift box, phoned and stated the solar lights were unattached and were hard to string/assemble onto tree, which also had to be assembled. Online ad pictured berries and a top star included, yet they were not in the delivered box. A charge was made of $39.12 for this inferior project that was supposedly a big holiday discount. I am embarrassed to have sent this item which was greatly misrepresented on the lightinthebox site.

After complaining about the product Lightinthebox sent and I contacted them with pictures of the item ordered and the item received, they reimbursed my charge card for the entire amount. What an unexpected and pleasant surprise.
