Lightinthebox LITB INC ordered Vessel sink faucets in March 2016. Received wrong faucets, tried contacting them, they have no address, no email address no phone number.  RENO Nevada

Working with Pay pal, they could not find any info on them either. Finally after months of me being billed and repeated calls to PayPal they finally found an address where I could return this item. I did return them at my cost $40 on June 28, 2016 and I have not received a credit yet. I have sent repeated emails, but have not received a reply. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF.

Ordered vessel sink faucets from this company, I received standard sink faucets in February.  I have been trying to return them but there was no address, email or phone number.  I have been working with Pay Pal and they could not find anything on this company either.  After months of arguing with PayPal, they finally came up with an address.  I sent them back at my cost $40 on June 28th and have not received a credit yet.  I have emailed them and received no response.  This company is a Rip Off.  I found 28 other complaints on your website against this company.

LightintheBox Light in the Box I ordered a jacket and another ski outfit with a jacket and pants. The single jacket is defective. They won't refund my money unless I pay for shipping back to China -- $60+ for shipping. I don't think I should be required to pay for shipping of defective items sent in the wrong size.

Lightinthebox.com I purchased 3 jackets from this company that did not fit and they sent the to me it was the wrong size. I tried to email them back for a refund, because they do not have any way to contact them by phone, they only wanted to refund half of my money and made it extemely hard to get that back.

Lightinthebox Company is not accountable for delivery terms entered into with customer. Company continues to extend delivery to excessive and negligent dates. Also, the shipping tracker they provide is fake. It does not update, even after 40 days. They provide no proof that the product has shipped and continue to extend the delivery date every time I've queried. Extended delivery time up to 60 days with no proof of shipment. A shipping carrier is never named only a fake tracking # They refuse to refund! Its the worst customer service where they guilt you into thinking it's a reasonable amount of time. As if I've never ordered online! They also refuse to refund. What they are doing is criminal. I want my money back. I've looked into it on Twitter and many others feel the same way I do. Company should be looked into and be held accountable for this shipping fraud they are doing to ppl. Beijing China
