I ordered nano hearing aids in oct. 20, 2020. I couldn't hear with them. They made me want 45 days. Then I sent them back. Told me would refund money between 30=45 days.I have been texting or emailing them. They say wait, wait . They will not reimburse me.

Yes, normally refund process usually takes 30-45 days but sometimes delay happens and I know this is not an excuse.
