NANO HEARING AIDS Will not give me money back , said i had returend units before and used up my warranty, 1st unit did not work, 2nd unit was upgrade and they sent me incorrect unit , 3rd unit does not work SCOTTSDALE ARIZONA

i orderded unit and received it. 1 piece the volumn did not work, returned for a newer unit they had and when i received it i discovered they din not send me the charagable unit. Got correct unit but no sound or volume increase. does not charge. When asked to return to get my money back they said i could have it repaired or buy new unit. That i had used up my warranty
