Read reviews for Nano on the Ripoff Report before you buy.  They have yet to refund my money despite receiving my return.

They say “my name is on the list”.  I will be suing this company and inviting other complainants into a class suit unless they credit my account in full IMMEDIATELY.

Though posted on their website's reviews page,  I’m sure this review will be removed.  Hopefully, it will stop any others from being suckered into this scheme.

Nano Hearing Aids refund

Responding to rebuttal on my post of December 10, 2020:  yes, I did receive after many arguments, threats of filing suit and involving other complainants in a class action suit a refund into my bank account today.  I gave the company a specific date that they needed to refund monies paid to them with the understanding that if the refund was not issued by that date, I would be filing suit against them the day after the expiration provided them.

Nano finally informed me that there was a check issued (direct deposit).  I realized that I provided an incorrect account number, notified them immediately of the error.  They were kind enough to cancel the deposit and re-issue to the correct account. It was credited to my account this morning.  I only object to their insinuation (through lack of explanation as to why the refund was reissued) that perhaps the initial refund was lost, and therefore reissued. Whether this was the case or not, I cannot say. I just did not like the way they wrote their rebuttal.

My suggestion to all of the customers who find themselves in the same situation of having to fight for their refunds is to follow my example.  Constant contact intelligently written will get you your refund.

Thank you, Nano for providing my refund.  You need to pay attention to your policies and follow them to the letter without forcing customers into a situation where they have to fight, argue, threaten, and cajole you to get their justified refunds.
