This company lured us in with false promises of low rates. But, without any communication whatsoever, they jacked the rates up. I didn't agree to these rates. I was never contacted about this rate change. It's a scam.

Our local electric supplier charges $.03/kwh. On my last bill, NA Power charged $.13/kwh. That is 4x the market rate. Over the last 12-24 months, I now realize that I've been overcharged about $2500. Without my consent.

There are so. many. complaints about this unethical behavior from NA Power once you start looking.

I don't know what recourse I have, but I will be at least filing a report with my state's Attorney General and also contacting my Senator. This deceptive practice needs to be stopped.
