My account was charged a monthly subscription fee, I am unable to reach anyone despite using the contact forms on the website. No reply from customer service ever! Keeps charging my card, no way to cancel account and unsubscribe without someone going into your account and re-subscribing without your consent.

Don't bother using this project management program as they use unethical practices and lack transparency.
