Seal Skin Covers Seller sent cover that was too large for my boat. I returned cover they refused to give me full refund. Brewster NY

I bought a boat cover from their website. I entered the year, make, model and length of the boat when ordering. The cover they sent was way too large for the boat. I contacted them and they were not surprised that it didn't fit. They said they would just send me a cover the "next size down". I was under the impression that since I had entered all the info about the boat when ordering that I would get a cover made for that boat. It turns out all their covers are generic. Knowing that I wasn't going to get a cover that fit my boat correctly I asked for a refund. They told me that if I asked for a refund they would be charging me 18% of the total price as a "restocking fee". I later found out online that there are many many other customers that they have done this to as well. Their MO is to sell you a cover that doesn't fit, you ship that cover back and they send you a second cover that doesn't fit. You are either stuck with a cover you can't use or you ship it back and they get to keep 18% of your total cost as profit. You're not allowed to post a negative review on their website at all. Their covers are cheaply made as well and their business practices are highway robbery.
