Dear SHEIN Customer Service,
I am writing to formally address a serious issue regarding my recent order with SHEIN, totaling nearly $300. Despite my payment, I never received my clothing, shoes, and other items. I have been trying to resolve this matter for over a month, yet your company continues to refuse to issue a refund for the undelivered goods.
I also attempted to file a claim with FedEx, but they informed me that the shipper must initiate the claim. However, SHEIN has refused to file a claim on my behalf, leaving me without my order or my money. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.
At this point, I have reported the issue to the Better Business Bureau and am prepared to take further legal action if this matter is not resolved immediately. I expect a full refund for the undelivered order. Please respond promptly with a resolution.
