The mechanic shop at Shell 455 NFrederick Ave has a known history of defrauding customers, damaging vehicles, charging for services/repairs that are not needed, and evading complaints. I took my vehicle in for an oil change. The mechanic opened my door into a metal part hanging from a shelf, damaging my door in front of me.
I asked to speak to the owner, who never responded. I then tried contacting the owner (who I had myself spoken to on FB to book the appointment in the first place, on their personal account) and the owner ignored me.
I tried reaching out via email, phone, snail mail, a legal letter, and a sheriff to serve a lawsuit to recover the damages. And, the oil change was never even done as the lifts in this shop are too old and decrepit to handle newer factory height vehicles. Feel free to see all the bad reviews for this place on Google. Avoid at all costs.

If this place is so bad that it has a history of as you put it defrauding customers and damaging vehicles. Has bad reviews on Google. Has lifts that can't even handle "newer" vehicles. Why would you go here in the first place?
It wasn't like you were just driving down the road one day and decided to get an oil change. You went through the time and effort to actually book an appointment.
