Deceptive Practices and Manipulation by WorldMark by Wyndham

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to file a formal consumer report against WorldMark by Wyndham, a company that has demonstrated a shocking disregard for transparency, honesty, and ethical business practices. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share the details of my ordeal to warn others about the deceitful tactics employed by WorldMark by Wyndham.

I initially entered into an agreement with WorldMark by Wyndham for their timeshare services, which were marketed as an exciting opportunity to enjoy luxurious vacations around the world. However, my experience quickly turned into a nightmare. Firstly, I was promised that the service would be activated within 60 days, but it took an additional 30 days to see any progress. This delay was beyond the cancellation period, effectively trapping me in an agreement that I would have reconsidered given the true circumstances.

Furthermore, the company failed to disclose crucial information about their reservations system. I was shocked to discover that reservations are typically booked two years in advance, making it virtually impossible for any new member to secure their preferred vacation dates. This crucial detail was conveniently omitted during the sales process, leaving me and countless other unsuspecting consumers with a rude awakening when attempting to plan our trips.

Attempting to address these issues and cancel the service only revealed the true extent of WorldMark by Wyndham's unethical behavior. The cancellation team resorted to manipulation and abusive language in an attempt to prevent me from cancelling. Their disregard for customer concerns and resorting to such tactics is both appalling and unacceptable.

As if the deceptive practices weren't enough, the financial burden imposed by WorldMark by Wyndham is a staggering blow. The financial breakdown I've experienced is as follows:

Finance:

- Total Cash Price: $20,249.00

- Gross Purchase Price: $37,600.00

- Interest Rate: 17.49%

Dues:

- Annual WorldMark Dues: $1,152.00

- Annual TravelShare Dues: $158.04.00

- Annual Vacation Sidekick Dues: $49.00

The financial debt and annual revolving dues have placed an undue burden on me, leaving me feeling trapped and deceived by a company that has no qualms about exploiting its customers.

I implore you to investigate WorldMark by Wyndham's practices thoroughly and take appropriate action to prevent other consumers from falling victim to their deceptive tactics. No one should have to endure the ordeal that I have faced at the hands of this unscrupulous company.

Sincerely,

I Hate WorldMark
