 24 Hour Fitness company is a fraud. I signed up for a lifetime membership 16 years ago which was supposed to cover all of their "Fitness Clubs and Sport Clubs." When I recently went to use the downtown Sacramento club, the manager said we are a "super club" so your contract does not include us. There was no such title as, "super club" when I signed up. The title was added to the downtown club a few years ago with no changes to the club itself. The company had a class action lawsuit brought against it in Alameda County a few years ago. The company lost the suit but is still doing the same fraud. Do not give your money to these crooks. The contract was very clear--it was to cover all of their clubs and now they are revoking the contract by saying it does not apply to all of their clubs because of a title change made years after the contract.
