24 hour fitness possible altered contract by 24 hour fitness carlsbad, california Nationwide

I just read a report from someone who stated that she had an issue with the "all club" keep fit membership at 24 hour fitness not being honored. I am also having the same issue and being denied access to a super sport facility . Similarly to this person, when I called corporate to complain and ask how my membership went from an all club, any club with the 24 hr fitness logo , to only certain level clubs only (in this case active and sport only) I got the run around. They argued with me and claimed my membership did not include supersport even though i was promised it was an all club membership. When i received the copy of my membership contract from 2002 , I was awfully surprised to see "does not include super sport" in the contract, since super sports did not exist yet. 

I have been asking for 2 months for help from the local gym. but managers there seems to "not get my emails" "not think its strange " . and so here I am . 2 months of emailing and still no one at 24 hour fitness can tell me how they were psychic enough to know that super sports were going to be built in the future and to inlcude this in a contrac, and were smart enough to trick me into believing I had all access , and also mange to state it in my contract at time of signing .
