24 hour fitness.... mgr Sandra....district mgr L. J. not doing there job houston Texas

Monday Feb 28, 2017 ....Glass was found in the swimming pool at 24 hour fitness at 11420 east fwy Jacinto city, houston Texas 77029...... 713-451-8757..

.The health department was called and a report was written telling 24 hour fitness(MGR )SANDRA. she needed to drain the pool.( She)Sandra said there was only three pieces of glass and  the filter picked it up..........She will NOT drain the pool .I called Corporate and they said the district mgr by the name of ...L..J....will be calling me. I am still waiting for him to call me..

.I joined a few months ago and already paid the maintance fee of $50. and have 10 months left on my 12 month contract and for me to cancell they want to charge me $209. I am paying $34. a month. I only joined the gym for the pool exercise  I am a senior citizen and I do not feel safe going into the pool so I have not been going. I THink they need to drain the pool and fire Sandra and    L...J.... for NOT doing there jobs..................They need to do what the health department tells them to do......

......or they need to give me my maintance money of $50. and end my contract....
