I have(had) a lifetime membership for 15 years with 24 hr fitness and moved to San Diego. I went to Balboa 24 hr fitness and had to upgrade my membership to pay monthly dues. My new dues were taken out via autopay. Today I went into the gym and was told my membership was canceled because I didn't pay my existing yearly fee. 24 hr fitness sent my bill to my old address and gave me no phone call or email regarding my $20 yearly fee.....  I am now required to pay the normal new monthly fees. Really.......

24 hour fitness santa clarita ca district manager scott and the operation manager donna have been given complaints on putting out a sign about rules from nov.2017 march 2018 and as of today still not getting back to me. other clubs have a rule signs. these people don't care about any thing except get your money every month.
