Essentially this course has numerous glitches and problems with the final exam. Although they promise two attempts at a final exam, their current software will drop you from the course after only one attempt. I contacted customer service a total of three times to solve the issue. Every single time they claimed they "solved" the problem, I would click on the link to take the exam and it would immediately drop me from the course without a test appearing. After numerous demands for a refund, they told me that it would be unable to be processed since there is a 3-day limit on their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. How convenient that they ask for 48 hours to solve any and all problems so that you can never get a refund.
On the third attempt to restore access to the course, they decided to claim that California's DRE had changed its regulation and only allowed one attempt at a final exam, which is a lie. Two attempts may be made on an exam as long as the two tests are different. The course guidelines for 360training clearly stated they offer 2 attempts on their exams.
Suffice it to say, I just got Visa to cancel the charge, made a video of their software glitching up and failing in case they try to fight my dispute.
As a realtor trying to renew my license, I would stay away from 360training especially if your renewal date is drawing near. No one should have to put up with waiting 48 hours to have an issue resolved, only to have it fail miserably.

We Apologize for Your Difficulty
AUTHOR: Paula - (United States of America)

Dear Student,
First off, wed like to apologize for this terrible experience and the frustration you had taking our online real estate class. 360training has trained over 300,000 learners in the last year, and problems like yours represent a small minority of our students and every time there is a problem we take it very seriously, because we know in many cases, your livelihoods depend on it. This is why we have made a significant investment in support, with over 40 staff specifically tasked with fielding and solving any customer problem via 24/7 online chat and phone support. You may also visit our support web site at http://www.360trainingsupport.com
I personally apologize for your difficulties in taking the final exam for California Real Estate. 360training coordinates closely with individual State Regulators. California regulation now allows only 1 attempt to the final examination. The final examination has been changed to allow only one attempt that is why the course dropped you after one attempt. However, the warning page had not been updated so you expected to get 2 attempts on the final examination. The warning page has since been updated so no one else has your experience.
If you would please get in touch with me directly, Paula Levy, I would be happy to refund the course purchase price.
Again, we apologize for this frustrating situation and hope we can help to fix it for you, and for any others who may encounter if you would please just get in touch.
Respectfully,
Paula Levy
