469 Maids 469Maids, First Coast Maids Groupon Scam! Horrible Customer Service Dallas TX

SCAM! -  I used the Groupon and I should've known when it said "$33 for $75 worth of services" that it was not going to go well.  They consider $75 one hour of service, and you have to book online and schedule at least two more hours in order to redeem your Groupon - I would NEVER pay $75 for one hour of cleaning!  There is also the hidden $9.72 "gas" fee - Groupon gave me this back in "Groupon bucks" after I called TWICE to complain.  
I bought 2 EXTRA hours, because there is no way that anyone can do a good job on just the bathrooms and kitchen in 2 hours.  They never sent me a confirmation as to how many hours I bought, just a date and time.  

When the VERY PREGNANT young woman arrived, she asked for my list of things to do and said I had TWO hours to use as I liked.  I told her that I had paid for 2 EXTRA hours in addition to my Groupon hour, she said she was only scheduled for 2.

When I contacted the company the man that contacted me was incredibly condescending - inferring that I had made the mistake.  I explained that I had not made a mistake, that I had purchased two extra hours.  He stated that it was the first mistake that the computer had EVER made in 13 years - AGAIN, inferring that I was an idiot.  I work in IT, believe me, computer glitches happen!

He then went on to infer in several other ways that I was an idiot, then proceeded to ask me if I wanted to extend, AND PAY for another hour.  I told him that I wouldn't give this company one more dime and I am happier to do the work that she wouldn't  have time for myself before I would EVER patronize this company again.  

The best part is they have scriptures on their website and in their emails signature - they couldn't be FURTHER from Christian.
