I placed my order online for a digital camera which was followed by a phone call to confirm my order. The salesman ("Steve", extension 203, if you want to call him) then pressured me to buy a battery which I did not need. The salesman next pressured me to buy an expensive memory card, which I also did not need.

When I refused every offer except the camera, the conversation ended abruptly. I received an e-mail shortly after the conversation with the salesman. This e-mail inddicated that the camera was on backorder and unavailable. When I telephoned the sales department separately to inquire about the availability of several other cameras, I learned that none were in stock. Imagine that.

A very bad company to try to do business with in the 21st century. Deceptively low ball pricing on a camera and then pressure to buy overpriced, but cheap quality accessories. When you decline everything except the camera, you get an e-mail informing you about product unavailability with a backorder estimate of three to four weeks. Don't be fooled.

The final insult is a web site that does not allow you to cancel orders. You have to telephone an 800 number to try to cancel items put on backorder. If it were easy to do business with this company, it would go into bankruptcy since every customer would cancel their backorder directly.
