- Low price web sales - NO mention of GRAY MARKET CAMERA
- rechecked web-site - STILL NO MENTION ofgray market
- REQUIRED order confirmation call - high pressure sales pitch for additional items
- FIRST Claim that an additional charge was needed for USA product
- Item delivered and still GRAY MARKET CAMERA
- Claims that I DID NOT UNDERSTAND what I was ordering
- DID NOT email an RMA form as promised
- REFUSED to actually state refund amount
- REFUSED to transfer to manager
- Claimed that a RESTOCKING FEE would be REQUIRED after NOT sending me the camera I ordered

CONTINUED AVOIDANCE - NO RMA FORM

- was told that email with RMA form was emailed - never arrived
- called "GEORGE" again and he said he sent it again
- asked if I was accusing him of lying about sending the RMA form
- asked if I was accusing him of lying about what the order authorization person told me
- 7:45 pm - 3 hours 45 minutes later - NO RMA FORM

- "GEORGE" said that he emailed the RMA form ... it did not come
- I called again and he said he emailed it several times ... it did not come
- He said he emailed it again ... then said "WAIT" and hung up
