A & M Photo World RIP OFF! FALSE ADVERTISING! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Brooklyn New York

We search the internet for a good price on a Cannon EOS Digital Rebel xt (EOS-350D) 8.0 megapixel and found one on Streetprices.com - which led us to A&M Photo World.

The camera was listed for $474.00 and included tripod, cleaning kit, and LCD screen protector. Ordered the product on line. Received a confirm e-mail regarding the order - thanking us, etc. 2 hours later we get an e-mail asking us to call Customer Service to Confirm the order -we call and were instantly pressured to purchase extra batteries, memory cards, etc. When we declined their offers for the "extras" we were hung up on. We called back and asked for a manger - Jim states that he is the manager and that our order has been cancelled then hangs up. We call back again - confused - asking what the problem was and he proceeds to tell us to NEVER CALL HERE AGAIN.

That is when I decide to check the Better Business Bureau website and sure enough - the have MANY complaints againts them! I should have checked this first. www.bbb.com

I will tell everyone I know to stay clear of A & M Photo World - RIP OFF! False advertising and rude customer service. I can't understand how they are in business!
