A&M Photo World Bait and Switch advertisent, product advertised was gray market/no warranty, and not marked as so Brooklyn New York

This company advertises a very low price on thier site. You are required to give all your CC/ billing info to place the order of course. A day later you get an email asking you to call in for address "verification". This is thier legal way of "telling" you that the product you ordered is gray market, has no USA Warranty, and does not accept american battery sizes. In addition, it is coming from overseas and will take quite a while to get here. Nowhere in the advertisement is this fact even so much as hinted at..After discouraging you from getting the gray market item, they offer to sell what you had intended to get, which is the american market item for an additional $100 !!!

I copied thier ad, and called them on this, and thier response was that it was legal to do, as long as they did not ship the item without telling you about it being gray market and useless in america...these folks are VERY misleading with thier advertising, and should be forced to disclose the details of the product for sale in thier ads...
