A&M Photo World deceptive advertising, over charging on everything, impossible to return Brooklyn NY

I found the camcorder I wanted from them for the best price. After ordering online I had to call them to confirm the order and then they told me that the camcorder I ordered was 'bear-bones' I had to order a 'kit' inorder for it to work and have a warranty. I should have cancelled my order then but dummy me let them go ahead with the order.

The final cost with $50 for shipping tacked on was almost twice what I originally thought I would pay! Returning the item is even more difficult still as they will not take anything back without a 'Return Authorization' number which they are extremely reluctant to give you.

Four phone calls and 2 faxes later I still don't have the number and now the 7-day return policy is going to run out on me and I'm going to be stuck with a very over-priced camcorder!!
