Aaron's Sales And Lease FAULTY TV...'FIXED' ONCE STILL DOESN'T WORK..HARRASING CALLS..WON'T PICK UP KINGSTON Pennsylvania

We did the 12 month lease on a Magnavox HDTV LCD Flat Screen. Goes black call them, they take it give us a loaner no remotes or anything. TV comes back they don't return the remote that we 'HAD' to give them.1 week later it's going black again, call them tell them to take it back I don't want something that doesn't work, they try to tell me it's my satellite connections. NOT!

2 months later it's still sitting here, they call threatening me to take me to court because I am not paying for something they were told to take back 2 months prior and they haven't picked it up yet. We did get a new tv and gee.. there are no problems with that. There items seem to be items from manufacturers that don't work and that's why they have them.

We get constant phone calls on phones that are NOT on the contact that we have used to call them. They do not accept private phone numbers to call thier store and well my number is private.

They lie, they cheat and they steal. They actually called my bank and somehow were able to obtain my personal banking information, they had bank statements, cancelled checks and my social security number faxed to their store. They called and gave me all this private information. Now because of this we had to close bank accounts and they put that account in the red by taking money when they were never authorized to touch that account.

These people need to be prosecuted or something they are theives. If they do not pick up the tv soon, we'll sell it someone should be able to fix it,
