I have been a member of Pure Fitness since 10/08. When I signed up for two contracts myself and my mother I was locked in on pricing for 17 and 19 a month with NO additional charges. Since I have been with ABC financial it has been nothing but a headache. I have them debit the payments from my debit account so that it is easy for me to track. I had issues about every other month with them charging me more than they were supposed to. Some months I would be charged 35.00 each account. When I called they told me it was because the credit card on file was for two accounts and therefore when they run there payments it only processes for one payment and not the other creating a late charge on my account. it is not my fault that there billing department cant run a card more than once. I had to fight with them to give me back my money because that was not my error that is there error on processing payments. Honestly if I have two different agreement numbers for separate individuals how do they manage to screw that up???

     This morning I looked on line at my account and noticed I was being charged a dollar more on my accounts. So again I called the CSR thought my inquire was funny because she chuckled when I asked her why I was being charges and additional dollar on each account she said it was tax charge. When I told her I have never paid additional and that was not agreed to at the sign of my contract she began to argue that is is in writing and that they have the right to charge me taxes. I asked if she had the contract in front of her and she said yes. Than I went on and said great than you cant read because I have the copy from 2008 and it clearly shows zero for tax's and only 17 and 19. She immediately placed me on hold for 15 minutes. (hoping I would hang up I assume) When she came back to the phone she told me my contract would have to be sent for review and approval for the amount on my contract. That is BS there is nothing to review the set amount is is writing. I have now been told to call back next week to see if they will honor it. Guess a contract with them doesn't mean sh*t.

        Also when I go to the gym the and scan my member card The machine says check status. When I ask them what is up they say ABC has flagged my account because they don't want a debit card on file they want a checking account number instead. Now I'm not stupid the reason there now asking for this information is so that I as a member can not block my card. If they have access to my checking account they can go in when ever they want and take out money and the bank cant block the account they can only close it out and reopen another account and again I would have to pay for new checks and cards. The day I leave  I will write them there cancellation letter and block my card. Because they should only be allowed payment for the time I used and not a penny more. I've seen how they ripe people off after they leave and I'm not willing to be scammed out of my hard earned money.

We regret to hear that your experience with ABC Financial Services has not been a satisfactory one. We strive to be the best software developement billing company in our industry and welcome all consumer feedback, whether it be positive or negative.

We process payment for millions of memberships and many of those have multiple accounts that are being paid for through one card number. It does not appear that this is an error from our accounting department, but rather a transaction decline from your financial institution.

ABC Financial does not have control over tax increases in any particular state.
