Acai Berry Detox Shipped and charged unathorized items - won't issue credit until goods are received via return Hollywood Florida

This company advertized a "free" trial bottle for the cost of shipping.

The company contacted me to confirm the order, and attempted to sell their complete line of product. I very clearly stated I wasn't interested, that all I wanted was the one sample bottle.

I ordered on 7/2/09, but did not receive the goods until 7/18/09. I took it for 2 days and found that it made me ill. On 7/23/09 I received a second bottle in the mail. I also got a charge for $87.13 to my bank account.

I contacted the company to request credit for the unauthorized charge and was told that because I hadn't cancelled my account within the 15 day trial period, that they had automatically sent me the second bottle for a 60 day supply. It had taken more than the 15 days to even receive the sample - how could I know if I wanted to cancel or not?

They did "cancel" the account and gave me a cancelation confirmation number, and a RMA number to ship the unwanted goods back. However; they flat refused to credit the charge until the goods were received at their returns department...

We all know that they can "sit on their thumb" and process returns credits whenever they damned well please - of ever at all.

So - I'm out $90 for something I didn't authorize and can't even use, plus the costs incurred to return the crap! And they will return my money when the mood strikes.
