ACCC Insurance Worst Insurance Company on planet. Will not respond to any correspondence. Houston Texas

ACCC insurance is the biggest fraud of an insurance company I have ever dealt with.  Their insured driver T-boned my car and admitted fault to my insurance company.  ACCC will not admit liability and continues to dodge phone calls from me and my insurance company.  Its been almost 2 months and they are "still investigating the incident!"  The adjuster I was assigned, Jason Barden, has not returned any of my 20-30 phone calls.  I'm having to go through my insurance company and having to shell out my deductible and possibly increasing my own insurance rates.  How on earth this company still operates is beyond me.  The TDI needs to get their act together.
