Was in a wreck with someone whose insurance company happens to be ACCC. The first time I called I was given this information from the person who answered the phone. Christina Miller was the agent handling my claim and her supervisor's name was Chris Fields. I have called both of their extensions a dozen times and left them both half a dozen messages. Neither one of them have ever answered the phone when I call nor have either of them returned any of my calls.

On Monday June 8th, ACCC finally sent someone to take pictures of my vehicle. The person that took the pictures told me that someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. I called them again today(6/24), because I still have not heard anything from anyone. I was told by the agent on the phone that he was sending an email to Chris Fields supervisor to inform him that Chris and Christina have not been doing their job.

I now expect this kind of laziness and effortlessness from ACCC. Going online I found out that there is not one good review about this company. That makes since seeing how they give supervisor titles to just any idiot off the street. It is a shame that whoever owns this company allows this kind laziness from its employees.

Contact Georgia Insurance Commission About ACCC insurance in Alpharetta , Georgia

AUTHOR: Tessie - (USA)

I just posted my experience with ACCC insurance in Alpharetta, Ga. My experience was exactly the same as yours. Chris Field was the supervisor and Yessie Briones was assigned to our case. It has been over 2 months. The manager go this office is Melvin Bolton and he is no better than the others. I suggest you file a complaint with Georgia Insurance Commission and you be assigned a case worker who will send a demand letter. In the meantime I am filing a lawsuit in small claims court naming them and their insured in the lawsuit. They need to be out of business. This is a ripoff company and Velox insurance who is the insurance company of the party that was at fault is just as responsible as they are free of it after turning it over to them. I will go allthe way to be sure something is done.
