ACCC Insurance Crooks and Vampires Alpharetta Georgia

 I am writing to you to inform you all of a shady company called ACCC Insurance.  I was in an accident on Sunday, June 15, 2014 and filed a claim with this company. I explained to them that my car was hit while turning into a BP gas station and that the front bumper was damaged, but could salvaged and reattached to the car. I was told by an ACCC representative named Lasthontra Williams that I would hear from them in 1-2 business days, I heard nothing for a week. I finally called them and they had the wrong contact information for me and hadn’t even set me up with a claims adjustor.

I called back and they finally forwarded me to a woman named Robin who was a claims adjustor, but she didn’t handle claims in my area so she sent me to her friend David Smith who is an independently contracted claims adjustor. David inspected my car and assured me that the insurance company would handle the cost of the repairs because the damages were not so severe as to completely total the car.

I waited for 3 business days with good faith that my insurance company would call me and take care of a customer with a comprehensive insurance plan, but I heard nothing. This all seemed odd to me as I just purchased insurance from them a month ago and my case is not that old.

I decided to call and speak to my claims adjustor Lashontra and she was very rude and complained to me about how I was calling her at 8:35am when the office just opened. She then proceeds to tell me that the deductible for the car was higher than the cost of the damages so the insurance company would not cover the damages. All along, something seemed odd to me, here are the red flags that popped up as I continued to deal with ACCC.

1. ACCC Insurance doesn’t have a physical mailing address and they’re very vague about the company’s business line and fax number. They have several numbers listed on the insurance card, but only one number actually leads somewhere

2. I read SEVERAL reviews online (these can viewed on ripoffreport.com and yahoo web forums amongst several other sites) and many people claimed that ACCC told them their deductible was higher than the cost of damages and never repaired their vehicle. As a matter of fact, there are over ten reviews online of just that, people talking about how they issued bad faith claims against ACCC for not covering the damages of fully insured vehicles

3. ACCC’s customer service representatives are rude and confrontational the minute you speak to them. I spoke to four different representatives and they were all bitter and vitriolic- none of them value customer service or taking care of the customer, as a matter of fact I had to ask for their names, none of the customer service representatives would even tell me their names upfront.

4. When you check ACCC’s website, there is not a proper login, they don’t want people to be able to login and access their information, this is because they are not a real insurance company that truly insures and takes care of its customers

5. I have never received any documentation about my bills from ACCC, I have a single sheet that was given to me that explains my billing cycle and I follow it. However, there has been no other correspondence about when my bill is due or ACCC’s services. Why don’t they send promotional materials and bills in the mail? It’s because the company is fake, they get your money upfront and fly away in the night!

6. The insurance I have is supposed to cover up to $2,500 worth of damages, it’s written in my policy, but the company won’t pay to fix my car because their policies and claims are fake

7. Whenever I asked to speak to my claims adjustor’s supervisor for more assistance, she placed me on hold and the call was disconnected. This company purposely places a smoke screen in front of its shady management  and policies and they don’t have a physical office so you can’t go in and talk to a representative in person.

The ACCC Insurance Company is full of immoral and dubious crooks. These people will gladly take your money and never give you any kind of customer service in return.  They will not fix your vehicle when you are hit and ACCC will not even pick up the phone to speak to you unless you are lining their pockets. This company has no interest in helping the American people; companies like this exist so they can suck the blood from our nation and leave the corpses dry. ACCC is a treacherous company full of vampires and liars and I am writing about them to inform you of their bad claims and ill reputation.

 Do not ever trust ACCC Insurance or purchase insurance from them
