Their client failed to stop and hit my car from behind.

1. The client had no drivers license.

2. The vehicle had no brakes

3. ACCC told me that this was the third claim in 2 months from their client due to no brakes.

4. Their customer supposedly is refusing to talk to them, so thay are refusing to accept liability.
