ACS Legal Department False Debt Collection Attempt-Fast Cash International Los Angeles California

I received a call from ACS Legal (Mark) claiming to have instituted legal action against me for a payday loan. I asked for the name of the comapny and was told it was Fast Cash International. I told Mark that I had never heard of this company. He replied it owns the name to over 300 payday loan companies.

I told Mark was unaware of this debt and was disputing it. he wanted to read me an affidavit and I refused. I told him I was disouting this dbt. I then asked him to send me in writing the name of the company that I supposedly had borrowed, the amount of the debt, the date and the amount they claim I owe.

He would not do this and I told him I was disputing this debt. He then hung up on me.
