ADT KC Security Systems Inc - MIKE TYMOSKO 913-901-0007 FRAUD - Gave Service to others under my personal information - UNauthorized cancelation charges - FRAUD, Internet

KS Security sold an ADT contract as a third party.  ADT serviced it.  Signed the contract on November 29, 2010, but called in to cancel on 3/22/11 due to divorce.  Called in 6/9/11 to verify it was cancelled (it was NOT).  Told them again to cancel since I was not longer in the home.  Called October 22, 2011 to verify it was cancelled.  It was NOT!.  THey allowed the EX to use it under MY SS & Informatoin.   THEN... they wanted to charge me $755 cancelation fee PLUS 1100 (which they said was a "charge back" from ADT).  

I would not have had a problem paying the cancelation charge of 75% of the remaining contract ($41.99 x 24 months x .75% = $755) BUT.... they ALLOWED the Ex to continue service under MY information.   Are they crazy?  That is fraud!

I'm sure the 3rd party vendor in quiestoin wanted to keep the contract active because if it was cancelled BEFORE 1 year, they would get charged back from ADT corporate (shady).

At any rate.  I called into the call center multiple times in 2013.  They ALWAYS said, the service was active under the EX as an "authorized signer" on my old account.  ADT Corp (Steve) now says that was a mistake... even though multiple agents said so.

Then (Steve) - ADT Corp sent us a letter IN WRITING.  Saying that the EX is going to sign a NEW contract under her informaiton now.   And we have a 2 year cerdit on our old account, and if we want to move it to our new address ALL the cancel fees would "go away".  Yes he used those words.. On ADT official paper and envelope.   NOW... Steve says, "Oh, I made a mistake, none of that is true" and you willl have to deal with the 3rd party vendor because they are no longer associated with ADT>

I explained that they WERE associated with them and it is THEIR obligation to fix this.  They refuse to help.  So even though I have it IN WRITING from ADT and they have multiple recordings, they are telling me EVERYONE was "mistaken".... can someone say LAW SUIT????? FRAUD PRACTICES on behalf of ADT????  THey will do ANYTHING for a sale and then do ANYTHING to charge additional FEES if you cancel.... EVEN if they are providing service under your private information... they STILL want you to pay crazy Fees.   I don't think so!
