ADT Security more interested in $$$ than customer service Nationwide

I've been a ADT customer for over 10 years. Recently one of my window censors got wet from condensation and stopped working, so my alarm system beeps every 30 seconds. I called technical support and they said it would cost me $109 for a technician to come and take a look. When he arrived, he was just a sales guy and said he wouldn't fix the system if I didn't sign up for an additional 3 years of service. I paid $500 for the system to be originally installed, and now they aren't willing to maintain it unless I pay for an additional 3 years of service??? No thanks!

Over the last 10 years I've paid ADT over $5,000 for instillation and service, never once had the alarm go off or needed their assistance. $5k in pure profit, and now they are trying to hustle me for another 3 year contract to fix something I purchased from them originally? ADT is obviously more interested in sales than customer service or maintaining what could have (and should have) been a lifelong customer. Hope it's worth it to you ADT, you won't be getting any more money from me.
