Alibris ripoff Emeryville California

On Dec 1, 2004, i purchase from Alibris website a DVD movie entitled Chiefs, This movie was advertised on www.alibris.com for $19.94 plus $2.49 shipping and handling for a total of $22.43,

I was given an order #9370968 and received an email that the order had been charged to my credit card, i was told the movie would ship out on Dec 4, 2004 and that i would have it by Dec 6, 2004, Dec 6, 2004 came and gone and today i still have not received my order. i send several emails to Alibris customer service and was told told they had no way of tracking it and that i had to wait until Jan 6, 2005 before i could get a refund, Today is Jan 10, 2005, i still have not received my movie.

my brother is an attorney and he send them an email requesting them to refund my money within 48 hrs or we would file suit, he is a licensed attorney in California where this company is based, they ignored his email and continue to ignore mine, i either want my movie that i paid for or my money refunded. i want others on the internet to know that this company is a rip off and dishonest and i want to sue to the fullest extent of the law.
