Allstate Insurance Company ripoff Allstate Turned My Auto Insurance to Collections THEY OWE ME MONEY! Dallas Texas

I had auto insurance with Allstate for over 20 years. I was a loyal and faithful customer. I had a vehicle that I no longer had a title to, but I was still paying premiums on that vehicle.

I called Allstate and told them that I do not have this vehicle registered in my name anymore, and they told me that I shouldn't cancel my auto insurance because if I ever got another vehicle that I would have to start over again and my premiums might be higher. They said that they would just lower my rate to the lowest premium, which I believe was only glass coverage. It was about $18.00 that they quoted me.

At first I was paying $78.00 a month for full coverage on a vehicle I didn't even have a title to. They told me that they were just doing me a favor. (so my premiums wouldn't go up) I transferred title to this vehicle in January, 2005. I was paying premiums on this same vehicle from when I transferred the title in Jan. 2005 to May 2006.

I didn't even know that they were sending my last payment I never made, which was in the amount of $39.42 to collections. I had been paying my premiums monthly. I cannot see how they are such conniving and
money hungry individuals. All they wanted was my money. How can they do this to me when they are the ones who owe me back a refund for over a year?

I should be sending them to COLLECTIONS!
