Joseph Fia, an Alstate representative, closed his Allstate Business. Under the terms of his leaving Allstate, he could not sell us insurance through his new agency. We had car and house insurance with Joe. Allstate took it upon themselves to scatter our policies to Allstate representatives in different areas of Connecticut. Our car insurance went to Orange, CT and the house insurance went to Danbury, CT. Allstate did this to us even though there was another Allstste Agent in Monroe.

Because of their high rates, we had considered going to another insurance company but never made the move. We were with Allstate for 10 years.

This company could care less about its customers
